1. Introduction

Welcome to KhalifaPrime. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our trading platform, services, website, and related features. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use KhalifaPrime services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have full legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure and for all activity performed under your account. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Trading Services

KhalifaPrime provides access to Forex and CFD trading services. All trading activities are carried out at your own risk. Market volatility, liquidity conditions, price movements, technical issues, and execution factors may affect trading results. Platform uptime, price execution, and uninterrupted service are not guaranteed at all times.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

• You are responsible for providing correct payment and account details
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, compliance checks, and internal approval procedures
• Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, third-party systems, and security review requirements
• KhalifaPrime is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on KhalifaPrime:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Market manipulation or abusive trading behavior
• Use of unauthorized bots, scripts, or automated software
• Misuse of the platform, systems, pricing, or trading conditions
• Providing false documents or misleading account information

8. Restricted Trading Practices

KhalifaPrime strictly does not allow Hedging, High-Frequency Trading (HFT), scalping abuse, latency arbitrage, or any trading strategy that may exploit platform execution, delayed pricing, liquidity conditions, technical errors, price feed differences, or third-party market delays.

The following trading practices are not permitted:

• Hedging: Opening opposite or related positions in a way that may manipulate risk exposure, trading conditions, bonus rules, liquidity, or account performance is not allowed.
• High-Frequency Trading (HFT): Ultra-fast automated trading, server-based rapid order placement, latency-based strategies, excessive order requests, or high-speed execution methods designed to exploit system speed are strictly prohibited.
• Scalping Abuse: Extremely short-duration trades, repeated rapid entries and exits, tick-based trading abuse, price delay exploitation, or trades designed to take advantage of temporary pricing gaps are not allowed.
• Latency Arbitrage: Any strategy that takes unfair advantage of delayed pricing, slow execution, price feed differences, system lag, or technical gaps between liquidity providers and the trading platform is prohibited.
• Automated Abuse: Unauthorized bots, scripts, expert advisors, or software used to manipulate trade execution, overload the system, or exploit platform conditions are not permitted.

If any account is found using Hedging, HFT, scalping abuse, latency arbitrage, or any unfair trading method, KhalifaPrime reserves the right to review the account, cancel affected trades, adjust profits, restrict trading access, suspend the account, or permanently terminate services in accordance with company policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, platform design, branding, and other materials, belongs to KhalifaPrime. No content may be copied, reused, modified, distributed, or published without prior written permission from KhalifaPrime.

10. Limitation of Liability

KhalifaPrime shall not be held responsible for:

• Trading losses
• Market volatility or liquidity issues
• Technical or system errors
• Internet, server, or platform interruptions
• Third-party payment or service issues
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Suspension & Termination

KhalifaPrime reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account due to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Suspicious trading behavior
• Misuse of services
• Prohibited trading methods
• Failure to provide required verification documents

12. Amendments

KhalifaPrime may update, modify, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws and relevant regulatory requirements, where applicable.
